I spent 11+ years at Salesforce, first partnering with Fortune 500 customers on marketing and ad-tech strategy, then building and leading the Customer Success organization's employee experience function — designing career development programs, building internal mobility infrastructure, and guiding more than 9,000 employees through major organizational transitions.
