Hi, I’m Kelly Nash.

I spent 15 years inside corporate America, moving through client-facing roles, organizational strategy, and employee experience and development. Most recently, I built and led a function supporting thousands of employees through career development, organizational change, and internal mobility.

In other words, I know the system from the inside.

I know what it takes to build a career inside a large company, because I did it seven times in 11 years at Salesforce. Then I spent the last part of that time building the programs meant to help thousands of other people do the same.

That insider perspective is what I bring to my coaching clients, along with the deep identity work that helps you figure out what’s no longer working, decide what you want next, and build a strategic path to get there.
