I have spent my entire career inside corporate America — in client-facing roles, in organizational strategy, and most recently as the architect behind a workforce experience function supporting thousands of employees through career development, organizational change, and internal mobility. I know how these environments operate and where the gap between what companies promise their employees and what employees actually experience tends to live.
