Official Bio
Kelly Nash is a Chicago-based Career Alignment Coach, workforce development consultant, speaker, and the creator of Career Authorshipβ’ β a philosophy built on the belief that high-achieving professionals have both the right and the responsibility to take intentional authorship of their career story.
Her work sits at the intersection of individual career transformation and organizational workforce development. For professionals, she helps high achievers cut through career static β the interference of borrowed scripts and reactive choices β to build careers rooted in clarity and alignment. For organizations, she closes the human gap between strategic decisions and employee understanding, the space where engagement erodes, talent exits, and culture breaks down.
Kelly spent 11+ years at Salesforce, first partnering with Fortune 500 customers on marketing and ad-tech strategy, then building and leading the Customer Success organization's employee experience function. In that role, she designed career development programs, built internal mobility infrastructure, and guided more than 9,000 employees through major organizational transitions. She brings that operator-level experience to every client relationship, grounded in organizational research, structured stakeholder interviews, and over a decade of watching careers unfold from the inside.
Kelly's clients have landed roles at Google, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Boeing, and more. Her work has been featured by General Assembly, the International Association of Women, and Thrive Global.
She publishes The Career Script, a weekly newsletter for mid-career professionals writing their next chapter.
In her free time, you can find Kelly traveling, out in nature, trying new restaurants, or chasing after her toddler.
