Most career coaching starts with the resume or the job search. It's tactical by design. The assumption is that you already know who you are and what you want and you just need help executing.
In my experience, that assumption fails more often than it holds, especially for high-achieving mid-career professionals who have spent years building a career that looks impressive from the outside but doesn't necessarily feel like theirs.
